Entrepreneur Says Marijuana Soft Drink Will Be a Hit - Medical marijuana soft drinks may soon be coming to dispensaries, according to one California entrepreneur.
This is not the first time that pot soda has been introduced, but Clay Butler said he plans to use his marketing skills, branding and a variety of flavors to make his product, which contains the psychoactive marijuana ingredient THC, "a hit."
Besides his flagship cola drink, Canna Cola, he will also produce Dr. Pepper-like Doc Weed, lemon-lime Sour Diesel, grape-flavored Grape Ape and orange-flavored Orange Kush. A 12-ounce bottle will cost $10 to $15.
The Soquel-based commercial artist told the Santa Cruz Sentinel that he doesn't do drugs or need medical marijuana for any ailments. ( The Associated Press )
